This hotel has a great location. I loved the daily room cleaning. It was immaculate. Breakfast was great (especially the coffee!).

the hotel is near the arno river. its location made it easy to reach many attractions with a short walk. breakfast offered many options to choose from.

the parking situation was unclear and expensive. i was surprised to pay 35€ per day. the bathroom layout also had an issue because the toilet seat hit the door when opened.

lovely stay on the arno

superb location genuine warmth excellent housekeeping turndown service

The location was superb. A brief walk placed me right by the uffizi gallery (it was convenient). the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and were always ready to assist, i appreciated that. my premium beautiful double room offered ventilation. excellent housekeeping service. i even found chocolates left on my bed during turndown service.

The valet parking was a bit far from the hotel. It added extra mileage to my car.

the room was spacious and well kept, and included robes with complimentary slippers for enhanced comfort. daily cleaning services were thorough and efficient, and ensured a consistently tidy environment. the double balconies offered a good view of the arno river, as well as the ponte vecchio.

the personnel were excellent and always available to offer assistance with various requests. they provided helpful guidance about nearby attractions and landmarks. i found that the staff demonstrated kindness (without exception) and respect towards all guests .

Excellent Stay on the River Arno

complimentary slippers daily treats breakfast mimosas superb location

My stay included complimentary slippers and robes, I liked this. The room included daily treats, that was nice. The breakfast had mimosas and cafe drinks, I enjoyed that. I found the location superb, it was ideal for accessing many key sites.

The WiFi had a weak signal, I did not love this.
